Emerald Ash Borer Treatment

March 29th, 2010

Since 2002 Emerald Ash Borer has killed millions of ash trees in our neighboring states. Minnesota has the second largest concentration of ash trees in the country.  There are treatment options available to help protect your ash trees! We recommend that you start treatment in 2010 for any ash trees that you would like to save. Once you start treatment it is important to continue receiving treatment once a year, so your ash trees can be fully protected. If you are interested in discussing treatment options for your ash trees, please call us at 651-247-1444.

Spring Services are starting soon!

March 25th, 2010

With the cold winter season coming to an end we are happy to be starting the first part of our Spring Maintenance. This will occur as soon as the snow piles have melted and weather permits. Here we will be cleaning up any litter, branches and debris. We will also be repairing disturbed areas from plowing by spreading black dirt and seed. Please help us water any newly seeded areas near your home.

Plow stakes will be picked up at this time. If you removed stakes prior to Alex’s pick up, please place them next to your garage for us to store.

Spring Clean-ups will start as ground conditions permit us to get equipment on your lawn. This will include a thorough removal of all organic and foreign debris from your turf, landscaping, and hard surfaces. Power raking will also be done where needed.

Weekly mowing will start when grass begins to grow.
